Everton signed Iwobi for an eye-watering £34m in the summer from Arsenal.

The Super Eagles star has not featured since he walked off in Everton’s 0-0 draw against Arsenal at the Goodison Park last month.

The 23-year-old has yet to feature under new manager Carlo Ancelotti, but he is set to return soon.

In his absence, Everton have won three of their four Premier League games. Iwobi has featured 20 times for the Toffees this season, scoring twice and registering one assist.

Also, Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, a player of Nigerian decent was ranked 47th.

Manchester City’s Riyad Mahrez takes top spot. The Algerian has only made 11 starts this term but has weighed in with seven goals and nine assists.

Adama Traore, who Jetro Willems admitted was ‘harder to stop than Cristiano Ronaldo’ earlier this week is second while Saido Mane is rated third best rated winger.

Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish is fourth on the list. Grealish has scored six goals and provided six assists so far this term.

Chelsea’s Willian, Raheem Sterling, Mohamed Salah, 8. Marcus Rashford, Emiliano Buendia and Son Heung-min complete the top 10.
