Nigeria service excellence survey is an initiative of Africa’s pioneer service excellence and good governance institute, Institute for service excellence and good governance  (ISEGG). The Institute has been rewarding service excellence and good governance in both private and public sectors. This award is given out during annual lectures and induction ceremony every December.

The Institute also awards individuals that have exceptional and selfless services in that particular year across all sectors of the economy.
