How a Lady was seen caging a boy in a dog’s cage.

A lady was seen in a video posted by Chioma Owolabi trending on social media flogging a boy and caged him in a dog’s cage. An NGO in Abuja known as the International Children Theatre (ICT) has called for her arrest,and  described the situation as cruel and inhuman.
