Kate Henshaw mocks Kano ‘Chief Whip’ over ‘Chip Whip’ number plate, says ‘its what you get for not paying attention to quality education’

Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has reacted to viral photos of the number plate of Kano state House of Assembly Chief Whip Hon. Ayuba Labaran Durum, which reads ‘Chip Whip’.

In her tweet, the veteran actress stated that such blunder is gotten when one fails to pay attention to quality education.
