As part of its contribution to knowledge management, Grooming Centre has said it is offering grants to 150 undergraduate and postgraduate students to facilitate research in the areas of financial inclusion and enterprise development.
This was disclosed by the centre’s Special Projects Manager, Mr Chikezie Egbulefu, in a statement on Tuesday.
Egbulefu said the grant was open to undergraduates and postgraduates from accredited Nigerian universities, as entries are open between August 14 and September 4, 2019.
He said, “The Grooming Centre University Grant Scheme is a unique opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nigeria to proffer ideas and innovations for the financial inclusion sector.
“About 100 undergraduates will receive the sum of N75,000 each, while 50 postgraduates will receive N150,000 each; this is an initiative that will get better as we progress.”
